About Wildlifeful

My name is Nicholas Vaughan, I have created Wildlifeful with the intent of offering you an alternative way of educating you on US backyard birds.

And where its makes sense, I will be sure to go further by bringing a wealth of information that I have developed over the last decade.

Catch being I am British, and live in England, so understand more about local, native British 'garden birds' - as oppose to backyard birds - but I am here to learn.

I am not starting from the beginning be all means, as my knowledge does extend to wild bird behavior and habitat, which is similar around the globe.

I therefore do feel I can bring you a little something different with information developed outside the US, and Canada.

Wildlifeful was first created as a supplement to my UK based site - Bird Barn - as I now bring you a USA dedicated site.

While I believe intimate details about birds should be left to the experts, or ornithologists as they're known. I therefore do skirt around this information detail by educating you on how to attract backyard birds to your yard, less much telling you about wild bird behavior.

Come along on my journey as I learn as I go, while bringing you a wealth of information I already know on this wonderful topic of wild birds, and wildlife in general.

Expect then for me to focus on how to attract birds your yard; to nest in a bird house, feed off a hanging or pole bird feeder; or bathe or drink in a bird bath.
